With more than a decade of experience in the insurance industry, in January 2017, Doug Christopher decided to go into business for himself, and started Titan Insurance Services. He has built trusted relationships with top-rated insurance carriers, and the variety of insurance options has allowed Doug to cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients, because he's always looking for the best insurance value for their specific situation.
Doug is a new dad to Lucia, born in September 2018, and he's an avid golfer. In fact, during a round of golf in high school, a kitten started following him around, so naturally he named the cat Titan, carried him as he finished out his round, and many years later, he is the namesake of Doug's company.
Doug is a graduate of Otterbein University, where he played on the varsity golf team while earning his business degree.
Liz Giannetti is Titan Insurance Services' customer advocate, ensuring clients that they're getting the best insurance rates and coverage possible by reviewing their insurance at renewal time, looking for discounts and making sure that all they work for is properly covered. Liz also in charge of letting the world know about Titan Insurance Services through social media, communications and marketing.
Liz is a graduate of The Ohio State University, and spent most of her career in insurance, working for both Nationwide and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. When her brother Doug decided to open Titan Insurance Services, she knew she had to be part of the team.
When she's not trying to save clients money, Liz is the Chief Operating Officer of her family, and the family taxi service.
